AMHSP Position Academic Physician in Pulmonary Hypertension and/or Interstitial Lung Disease
The University of Alberta, Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry, Department of Medicine, Division of Pulmonary Medicine, in partnership with Alberta Health Services, invites applications for an academic physician in Pulmonary Hypertension and Interstitial Lung Disease to be based at the University of Alberta Hospital.
Located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, the Faculty has been internationally recognized among the world’s top 50 medical schools and as one of Canada’s premier health-education institutions. The University is currently home to more than 38,000 students with more than 15,000 faculty and staff.
The Division of Pulmonary Medicine provides a wide range of quaternary and tertiary clinical services in Pulmonary Medicine and Allergy, and is home to the second largest lung transplant program in Canada averaging 60–80 transplants annually. The Division has a long-standing history of excellence and an international reputation in clinical and research activities across pulmonary medicine.
