Description

Facilitates person centred care by being responsible for physical therapy program for assigned residents. Plan, implement, evaluate and document treatment of residents. Teaches and communicates with residents, other health care providers, physicians and families. Develop, monitor and review the physical therapy services in the entre in collaboration with the Centre Management team. Ensures practice is consistent with physical therapy philosophy. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Baccalaureate degree or Master's degree in physical therapy from a recognized university. Must be registered with the College of Physical Therapists of Alberta, and be eligible for membership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
