Operational Supply Services Lead

Location - This role is in-person. Work primarily takes place at North Campus, Edmonton.

The Operational Supply Services Lead oversees storekeeping staff, inventory coordinators, and related supply contracts to ensure seamless material management across all campus trades shops and storage locations. Reporting to the Operational Excellence Manager, this role leads the design and implementation of LEAN asset and inventory strategies, change management plans, and key performance indicators. As a safety champion and quality management team leader, the position drives continuous improvement, vendor performance, and operational efficiencies using enterprise software solutions like Assetworks AiM, F&O, and SupplyNet. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong cross-functional leadership, structured problem-solving, and the ability to motivate diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
