Customer Service Representative - Clerk II

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative - Clerk II to serve as the primary public face of the Animal Care & Control Centre. You will manage animal data, process intakes and releases, and provide compassionate support to community members. Ideal candidates have experience in customer service and animal handling within a shelter or similar environment.
