Responsibilities
- Manage a team of contract specialists who will become experts on customer contracts and all company systems from Order Placement to Invoicing, including electronic invoicing and electronic customer reporting linked to payments.
- Functional responsibility for overseeing the implementation of all new industrial service and continued maintenance of assigned field service contracts, including all events and shutdowns; a) area designations b) cost center designations and c) additional custom data such as AFE, approver or other customer specific information.
- Lead the implementation and communicate with key managers as to how each customer will be set up. Bring as much uniformity as possible.
- Document and assist in implementing system enhancements to meet customer needs
- Works closely with Finance, Sales, Field, Invoice Audit, Price Improvement, collections, DSO and Pricing Team
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Experience working with Contracts and Legal documents
- Bachelors degree in science/ engineering/ business or another related field preferred
- Strong Leadership and Presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office Excel/ Word/ Outlook
